Tithes & Offerings.
Online giving is safe, secure, easy, and generous.
You can't outgive God.
Our mission and vision is directly funded by the faith and generosity of people
like you. When we trust Him
with our Tithes and Offerings, we know He will bless the rest (Proverbs
3:9-10; Malachi 3:10-12). Christians should be the most
generous people on earth! There is no
organization with more potential to change the world than the local
church.
“Bring the whole Tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this...and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of Heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
Malachi 3:10
What is Tithing?
A Tithe — which just means “tenth” — is when the first 10% of a Christian's income is to be returned to God as worship through the local church. Tithing is a principle that predates the law, and is taught throughout the entire Bible. When we Tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives.
There are several ways to give:
You can give in person at church.
- You can grab a "Giving Envelope."
- You can give with a Check (checks to “New Chapel”)
- You can give Cash with an envelope or anonymously.
- You can use a Card to give one time or recurring (fill out info on envelope).

Give | Save | Live Worksheet
At New Chapel, we believe in a financial model called Give, Save, & Live. When we look at our finances, we want to Give our first 10% back to God through the Tithe, Save the next 5%, and Live off 85% of our income. Once we have tracked and organized our spending, the Give | Save | Live tool will help you achieve your Give, Save, & Live goal.

can deduct up to 60% of your adjusted gross income for
charitable contributions if you itemize your taxes. All gifts need to be

Eliminate Debt
The Debt-Elimination Snowball tool is a debt reduction strategy that helps you pay off your debts from smallest to largest. As you knock out your debts one by one, the amount of money you have to throw at the rest of your debt grows—kind of like a snowball rolling down a hill (hence the name). And the excitement you get from paying off your smallest debt super quick will motivate you to keep plowing through your debt, all the way to that debt-free finish line!

"Can I give things other than money?"
In short: Yes.
We've worked with many people who desire to give other than cash-money. If you feel led in this way, consider some of these creative giving ideas:
• Stocks & Bonds
• Commodities like Gold & Silver
• Mutual Funds
• Annuities
• Distributions from an IRA or Mutual Funds
• Cryptocurrency
• Non-Cash Assets (Land, Homes, Cars, Jewelry, Coin Collections, and the like)
There are often tax advantages to the donor when giving non-cash assets. For example: It is possible to reduce or eliminate tax liability on the appreciation of stocks by donating via a stock transfer.
Please check with your tax advisor on these matters, and if you have any questions about using non-cash assets to fund your commitment, please reach out connect@newchapel.com.
Enjoy Tax Savings
Federal and state tax laws make it possible
to reduce or eliminate taxes on funds you give for charitable purposes.
